Stella recently ran a welbeing workshop for staff at my busy GP surgery. The session was brilliant-Stella was so warm and encouraging that even those who were initially worried they 'wern't creative'got carried away with the afternoon and came away feeling relaxed and very positive. stella led the group expertyl through brief and fun activities to build confidence thruogh the afternoon leading to a piece of art to take away, which was entirely unexpected!There was lots of laughter throughout and this session defibitely helped rejuveante the team with just a little time away from such a busy work environment'
